WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU CONTACT US:
- We will ask you a few questions about your property and the services you’re interested in. Our operations department will review your request to confirm that you are within our service area and that our team can accommodate your needs.
- Within 48 hours, you will be assigned a dedicated landscape consultant who will contact you to schedule a site visit and discuss your goals for the property. If we are not the right fit, we will do our best to recommend a reputable company that can help. This initial visit is complimentary.
- Back in the office, your consultant will create and send a proposal that you can accept, revise, or decline.
Please note that there is a fee if you are interested in extensive landscape design, and we will clearly discuss this with you—and review any associated costs—before moving forward so there are no hidden fees.
