Isauro is one of our crew leaders, and has been with YardScapes for 11 years. He calls Actopan, Hidalgo, Mexico his home and is married with four children. Isauro is part of the H-2B non-immigrant work visa program which allows non-agricultural seasonal employment. Isauro was also named Employee of the Year in 2014 & 2007.
Known to all as “El Abuelo” (Grandpa) as well as “Mr. Miyagi” (for his great patience and ability to teach), that doesn’t stop him from keeping up with the others in a good game of soccer, or holding his own in a game of pool. Whenever the team gets a craving for good home cooking, they head to El Abuelo’s, who is always willing to get out the pots and pans. He also makes the worlds best guacamole and isn’t afraid to share.
Isauro is a regular Day of Service participant.
