Michael Liffland Account Manager
While we haven’t seen any photos of him donning a tweed jacket (yet), “The Professor” hails from Dover Plains, New York and taught Turf Management at Rutgers University-Cook College campus. Beyond the “textbook”, Michael brings decades of real-world horticulture and turf maintenance experience with him after managing the maintenance of multiple golf courses in New York State, as well as his previous life taking the reigns of maintenance operations at Speyer/Aces-Acres Farm in Washington CT.
Michael and his wife Colleen have been married 42 years and have three children: Michael V, Shannon, Molly, and Ciara. His three grandsons Henry, William, and Lowell keep him youthful and on his toes.
It should be no surprise that gardening is one of his favorite things to do along with golf, fishing, cooking, and even cider pressing.
Michael is a true pleasure to work and speak with, and we are absolutely thrilled to have him on board!
