HERNDON, Va., January 2, 2007 –– The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) announced today that Greg Malmberg of YardScapes, Inc. in New Milford, passed the OSHA 10-hour Course given at PLANET’s 2006 Green Industry Conference (GIC). The OSHA course, sponsored by CNA and hosted by Gary Clevenger, CSP, CRIS, STS, covered general health and training safety for professionals who work on lawn maintenance or landscaping sites. Greg Malmberg passed and displayed an understanding of OSHA standards, inspections training requirements, and the citation process, and was issued OSHA 10-hour cards from the OSHA Training Institute.
