2022 YardScapes ‘Scaper of the Year!
YardScapes has an on-going recognition program that highlights team members who consistently demonstrate and uphold the YardScapes Core Values.
Each month, field staff vote for the fellow co-worker they feel should receive the coveted ‘Scaper of the Month award. Recognition is designed to applaud those who have helped make enhancements related to employee and client happiness, who embody our core values, are professional, and continually demonstrate the spirit of teamwork.
A team member can earn and/or hold the title multiple or even consecutive months. This award includes accolades from peers, a prime parking spot, a generous cash award, the accomplishment immortalized in the crew room, and social-media recognition.
Today is the day we ask each team member, and you – our valued clients – to vote for YardScapes ‘Scaper of the Year. We count your votes, votes from the field and administrative staff, add in the number of 2022 ‘Scaper of the Month awards, and consider all compliments submitted by clients throughout the year.
The deciding criteria also includes quality of work, professionalism, client focus, teamwork, respect, and innovation. The winner will be announced at YardScapes Annual Year-End Banquet & Awards Ceremony in December.

2021 ‘SCAPER OF THE YEAR – Manny Labanda retained his crown and was again awarded ‘Scaper of the Year for 2021. Tom Gambone and Cam Fairchild were runners-up and voting was extremely close between these three men. Great work guys and thank you for your commitment to the team and to our clients!
