It’s the time of year when we recognize those team members who consistently demonstrate and uphold the YardScapes Core Values. These landscape professionals repeatedly contribute to client satisfaction and are always striving to improve the quality of our work and the performance and happiness of our crews.Recognition is designed to applaud those who have helped make enhancements related to employee and client happiness, demonstrate our core values, are professional and embody the spirit of teamwork. The eleven crew leaders below work hard all year so please take a moment to help acknowledge them with your vote.
THE CRITERIA
All landscape team members are eligible to participate in our Employee Recognition Program. Each month, landscape team members nominate a fellow co-worker they feel should receive the coveted Employee of the Month award. A team member can be nominated or hold the title multiple months. This award includes accolades from peers and a nice cash award.
At the end of the year, we then ask each team member, and you – our valued clients – to vote for YardScapes Employee of the Year. The judging criteria are simple: quality of work, professionalism, client focus, teamwork, respect and innovation. The Employee of the Year receives a trophy and a $500 cash prize. The winner will be announced in December.
