“Help us keep a well-oiled machine behind the scenes”

Our Clients expect nothing short of prompt, consistent and high quality service. While a lot of the things we do involve beautifying properties with our hands and tools or equipment- we are not immune to the demands of technology. As a matter of fact- all staff members, to include those that physically create beautiful outdoor spaces utilize high tech devices (like iPads) to communicate, understand/perform their jobs, and record material usage several times daily. We need someone ASAP to, on a part time weekly basis help us manage our Windows servers, networked PC’s, email accounts, and other related duties.

Requirements and Proficiencies Needed:

Familiarity and knowledge of entire MS Office Suite

Windows Network Security

Configuring and integration of Apple Products (iPad, iPhones, Macbook) in conjunction with our Windows network and industry-specific software (Aspire)

3COM Networked phone system configuration

Familiarity with Quickbooks and successful updating practices to along with multi-user mode configuration

Credentials Required:

CompTIA Network+ or above.

Working Conditions:

We are seeking a a skilled individual to assist us with these tasks and preventative maintenance measures in a part time capacity. You must also be willing to respond to and solve true emergencies as they arise which could include evenings/weekends/etc. due to the unpredictable nature of computer malfunctions.
