Weekly Lawn Mowing
When we arrive on your property for your initial consultation we will inspect your lawn to determine: property size, type of grass, levels of shade, and any possible obstructions. We will then suggest an appropriate mowing schedule. We also recommend leaving lawn clippings to help shade and feed the lawn, but, in the event of clumping or excessive clippings, we include bagging and removal.
ESTATE & GARDEN MAINTENANCE
We offer regular garden maintenance services as well as seasonal estate landscaping services to keep your property looking its absolute best. You won’t need to juggle several vendors because YardScapes will manage all the landscape service needs of your property. Whether you need Garden Maintenance, Ornamental Plant & Edging, or Annual plantings, we can make your property beautiful.
PEST CONTROL
Not all critters in your yard are pests and we will help you control the undesirable ones. Not all pests are obvious to see either. Monitoring your property for their tell-tale signs allows for early intervention and the use of fewer products. Pesticides are used only when insect and/or disease levels have reached intolerable levels. Our goal is to reduce our impact on the environment therefore we practice Integrated Pest Management.
DORMANT PRUNING
A service offered to our estate management clients and available as an option to other clients, dormant pruning is the routine maintenance pruning to trees and shrubs when they are not actively growing. We will address any dead, diseased or damaged branches, suckers, or water sprouts. Pruning can also help shape the plant, allow for more air circulation and give inside branches more access to sunlight.

We offer winter services to our “green season” residential and commercial clients. These services can include Winter Plant Protection, Winter Deer Control, Dormant Pruning, Snow Plowing
