Each year YardScapes travels to Louisville, KY for a large landscape industry convention where we attend educational seminars and participate in industry specific round-table discussions. This year, the event was held virtually via Zoom meetings and, for a few days in October, our administrative staff participated in this event, in their offices, socially distant from each other.
Each day had a schedule filled with speakers, expert panelists, and educational sessions covering every possible topic from safety to government relations. Each staff member, regardless of job function, was encouraged to sign up for as many sessions as they liked. I’ve heard great suggestions come from these forums with some ideas that we will absolutely implement. YardScapes has a commitment to ourselves and our clients to always strive to be the most knowledgeable, up-to-date, and respected landscape professionals in our area.
